Dress: Blacktie Formal, Your very best. You cannot be overdressed .  No particular color scheme

When: Saturday May 20, 2017 - 7pm until 11pm, Doors will open at 6pm for photography & cash bar. Dinner served promptly at 7:00pm

Can I pay at door: unfortunately not. The chef has to have the head count early. Also seating arrangement etc will be based on attendance.​

Children: Yes all ages are invited. A chicken strip meal can be provided for guests under 12 for $40.  However, we do ask that you only bring those who are able sit without disturbing the enjoyment of other guests or interrupting the program.

BAND- in addition a DJ, yes a live band will be performing at the event. Some talented special guest artists will join the program. There will also be time for salsa, line dancing..etc

Food/Drink: 3 course roasted chicken dinner with Hyatt's signature bread presention, ice or hot tea and coffee.  Cash Bar will also be available for adult drinks.  Click here for dinner selections.

Parking: we have a negotiated rate of $5 for parking 6-12pm day of event. There will be a drawing for free Valet parking for 5 guests.  Winners will be selected Sunday May 6.

Gifts: Free valet parking recipients will be notified in May and passes distributed before the event.  Also, a few gifts have been generously donated. A drawing will be held at the event to distribute these.
